Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Bolognese-influenced meat ragù

    • e_ballad on November 03, 2017

Good, but not amazing. A very light Bolognese-style sauce. Requires 2-3 hours cooking time.

  • Yoghurt roasted lamb

    • e_ballad on November 27, 2020

Delicious. The marinade makes an excellent crust over the lamb. The recommended raita accompaniment is a must.

  • Mandarin pudding with maple hints

    • e_ballad on July 30, 2020

Very tasty. Definitely more cake-like than ‘steamed pudding’-like. I had been hoping for more of the citrus to come through, but it was just a ‘hint’. I’d consider doubling the amount of zest next time.
