      Easy, a good riser. Only slightly sweet, medium texture. About half wheat and half white. It was good, sliced well. We ate over half the loaf in one supper with soup.

      Made this 2 times. It looks pretty and has good texture. However, start checking on it at 18-20 minutes to prevent overbaking.
