  • Broccoli soup with Roquefort croûtons

      This was surprisingly nice. As I was making it I wasn’t expecting it to be that special but Roquefort works really well. I just crumbled some into the soup rather than do croutons though I’m sure they’d be nice. Also I blended the soup as technique listed didn’t work for me
