This recipe book offers a wide range of recipes that can be prepared and cooked with mimimal fuss. The recipes span the globe, giving lots of variety: from pasta to curry and from classic French cuisine to modern vegetarian meals. The book is divided into seven sections: fish and shellfish, poultry, meat, eggs, pasta, rice, lentils and beans. There are dishes for entertaining, such as Warm Duck Salad with Caper and Herb Dressing and others which make ideal family meals, such as Baked Lamb Chops with Tomatoes, Green Pepper and Courgettes or Sausage, Onion and Potato Bake.
