Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Spiced tofu stir-fry

This is a bit of trouble to prepare with the washing and chopping of six different vegetables, the cubing and coating of the tofu in four spices and sugar, and the final addition of lime juice and honey. It’s delicious, though, and I will definitely make it again. It also makes a quite a large dish so we can enjoy it more than once.
