      Enjoyed this recipe (5/28/15). Watch out with the chipotles, make sure you don't put in too much by mistake. Also tasted good with some guacamole. We used grilled gluten free corn soft tacos.

  • Maseca masa harina tortillas

      These were the first homemade corn tortillas I ever made. They are so much better than store-bought it's unbelievable.

  • Flour tortillas

      Weight measurements are off. Recipe states that 2 cups of flour is 450g, which is incorrect (it should be 240g). I also think his fat/water/flour ratio is off. Per Rick Bayless, the correct ratio would be 2c flour, 3 1/2 T lard, 1/2 tsp salt, and just over 1/2 cup water.
