Great tomatillo salsa I have been making for years.

I have never used Adobo sauce because when I was given this cookbook (in the 90s) it wasn't something you could get on the shelves of a Maine grocery store and online shopping wasn't a thing yet. I sometimes use regular jarred salsa and I sometimes just leave it out completely. This recipe gets great comments when I bring it to a potluck.

A great addition to a Thanksgiving table, the flavor sparkles.
