Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Orange marmalade cake with roasted oranges

    • Cookie24 on February 05, 2022

The crumb of this cake is like a pound cake. Made only the cake, not the frosting or the roasted oranges. I added 1 tablespoon ginger syrup and 1/4 teaspoon orange oil for extra flavor. Good snack cake; can be eaten alone without any topping.

  • Atlantic Beach tart bars

    • Kinhawaii on March 09, 2024

This was okay but I prefer key lime pie. I think the whipped cream or meringue topping that the pie form has would improve it. I had lots of extra crust crumbs.

  • Peach chiffon pie

    • cookingbychapter on July 12, 2022

Absolutely delicious! Gone in under 24 hours. I only used a few ginger snaps with a mostly graham cracker crust as ginger is not a favorite flavor of mine.
