    Schwarma chicken: excellent! Easy and very good flavor. Served with rice, tzaziki, purslane, tomato. Made half recipe in small slowcooker. Defintely make again.

      We enjoyed this very much. It tasted more complex than the short ingredients list would suggest. I only had jalapeƱos in vinegar so I rinsed them and missed out on the brine. Timings perfect in my crockpot. Served with garlic greens. Some yoghurt would have been nice.
