      I skipped the Scotch bonnet chili as my husband and I don't like things really hot spicey and perhaps because you don't chop it, the dish might not be too hot, but I didn't chance it. This was delicious even without it. The recipe has a lot flavor. I used sweet potatoes and green cabbage as another note suggested because that's what I had in my pantry.

      I found this to be an enjoyable and pleasant meal. Not difficult to make although I did find the cheese overcooked in the oven a bit. Not a problem for me though as I quite liked it like that, but my partner would have preferred it a bit less well done. I would make this again but I will increase the amount of chilli flakes I use next time. I was a bit nervous of overdoing it so stuck to the lower end of the suggested amount, but next time I will be (much) bolder.
