  The ingredients lists just 1.25g of onions. It should say 1.25kg. It’s been corrected in the online version. We actually used 1.1kg which was plenty and you you can get away with a bit less anchovy

  It’s a nice recipe but I didn’t find 40 sec long enough. I marinated and then flash fried to serve with marinade as a dressing. My kids would not have eaten cold.

  I found the batter needed much more liquid than the recipe indicates. Tasted delicious though, and nice and crispy.
