      Have made this one a number of times, well balanced flavours and textures and just that little bit different, very savoury.

      Really good. Enjoy it with a loaf of bakery bread and butter. Perhaps cut down on the number of potatoes. Can sub chorizo for pepperoni.

When Lindsey Bareham had her new kitchen installed, her normal cooking environment was turned upside down. Restricted to two rings, she had to approach cooking and food in a new way. The result is over 100 familiar and exotic recipes that can be cooked in just one pot. All the meals require minimum preparation and are made with easily attainable, seasonal ingredients. There are no fiddly restaurant-style techniques but the recipes include plenty of tricks to upgrade your daily meals. This book is concerned with cooking well without all the fuss and bother (and washing up!) and the recipes are written in a a straightforward, helpful way making them achievable by anyone, even people with no confidence in cooking.
