      Easy to make yeast bread that tastes almost biscuity. Mine was a bit dense, but that may be due to the ancient yeast I used.

      To make healthier I used just 1 stick of butter and subbed milk for cream. Flavor was pretty bland, doesn't really have spices other than garlic and salt. I added lots of Old Bay seasoning and some low sodium chicken broth because it was too thick. Ended up being pretty good but I wouldn't have liked it if I didn't add Cajun seasoning.
