    Dinner Mac & Cheese, easy, and tasty. Great use of leftover ham and roasted veggies! Will repeat. Cream cheese makes for a very smooth, non-grainy cheese sauce. Used up bits of leftover cheese as well.

    Spicy beef stew with herbed biscuits - split large recipe between oven and crockpot. Cut cooking time in half in the oven. Both were excellent loved the herb drop biscuits with this, baked them about 20 min. Easy, smells great, filling, nice winter dish.
