Made wedding cake frosting pg 31 and white cupcakes pg 32 on 5/21/26. Used smaller/older cupcake pan rather than jumbo modern one just looking at the amount of batter and they came out right. I remember going to the author's shop frequently in the years before it closed and loved their Wedding Cake cupcakes (which were their white cake + wedding frosting combo). I had them make a tiny 20 person traditional cake of the same flavors for our 2019 wedding. This recipe was not quite the same as those Dreamcakes cupcakes taste I remember (much smaller in size, cake itself not quite as sweet, cake and icing both not as intensely almond flavored overall). But still good.
