      YUM! I used a LOT more gruyere than the recipe called for. And about double the garlic... Par for the course around here. These were spectacular. I wound up using the rest of the bourbon/mustard/cream/mushroom/onion/celery sauce from a steak recipe in the Yellowstone cookbook as a sauce for the potatoes.

      This is pretty much brussels sprouts candy... Comes together easily and tastes great. And, was even wonderful leftover for lunch the next day!

      No clue where I found the recipe but this is a regular for us. I sub out chocolate mousse for the pudding and real whipped cream
