I love this book. The chicken rillettes, dirty rice, Brussels sprouts, and many other recipes are ones I make repeatedly. Something fresh and light but still piquant and full-flavored about how she’s written her take on lighter Southern food. This is by no means a diet cookbook. Highly recommend!
