Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Blueberry oaties

    • eliza on July 21, 2021

These are basically scones, not too sweet, with blueberries. Very easy to make. I used milk instead of the cream since that’s what I had. I would add some grated lemon zest next time (and possibly a touch more salt) since I think the could use a sour note.

  • Sparkly chocolate sandwich cookies

    • TinyCitiKitchen on July 19, 2023

This is my niece's absolute favorite cookie. It's a cookie that tastes like a very good brownie, sandwiched with marshmallowy meringue. I usually end up with a deli container of leftover "fluff", which stays very nicely in the refrig for midnight emergencies :)

  • Homemade low-sugar granola

    • Lonion on June 14, 2025

      Delicious, perfect with some yogurt.
