The recipes in this book are really accessible. My favourite of the series so far. I love that the books relate to a very personal journey. The photography is lovely.

Really quick and delicious. The steak was really tender and the juices made a beautiful dressing. Goes without saying that decent beef and parmesan are needed as there are so few components.
