      Made this for dinner and was disappointed. It is basically a burger with a gueso sauce and pablano chili on top. The included queso recipe was very bland and while not the author's fault, my pablano chili was pretty mild and bland as well. I'll just continue my quest to find a great southwestern burger.

      This was absolutely DELICIOUS. And super easy. The adobo really took it over the top for us. I actually added more than it called for to take the spice up a notice. I'll absolutely be making it again.

      Outstanding! I loved the thyme with the mushrooms! We liked the ketchup, but it was a little too spicy for us so I will reduce the chipotle a little next time. I made this with my favorite turkey burger patty (from ATK) and I would definitely do that again!

  • Strawberry milkshake

      This was very good! I used strawberry ice cream and the fruit base using only strawberries...it was a very strawberry-y shake! I think I may have cooked my base down too much because it was very jam-like and when I blended it with the milk it was very thick. I had to add quite a bit more milk to make the shake pourable. Despite my milk addition, this was still packed with strawberry flavor!

      I made the strawberry version of this to make the strawberry milkshake. I used frozen berries and it worked out fine, other than I think I cooked it down too much so jt was very jam-like. Next time I'll cook it less. Very tasty!
