      This was a little involved but not difficult. I made it for Sunday lunch and was able to prep it all beforehand and just pop it in the oven when people arrived. I used a can of tomato blitzed up, which was a little more than the required cup but could have used a bit more tomato. I suggest waiting till you are just about to bake it before adding the breadcrumbs. Very tasty dish but probably won't repeat
