      This makes amazing pastry cases - a firm favorite now for all sweet tarts - to be fair this pastry is so good I have to fend off family members who want to eat the baked offcuts :)

      Have cooked this for years. I use 250g not 350g of chocolate and it's still rich. I sub the flour for gluten free flour and different nuts depending on what I have. Winner every time.
