      Wonderful recipe! The spicing is glorious and aromatic, and the resulting spices port gravy is beautiful! I spooned the fat off, and blended in one of the cooked onions to thicken the sauce, before serving the gravy. I will use this as my go-to for a roast duck.

      Such an easy and tasty recipe. Remember to remove the time sprigs before blending. Definitely make again.
