  • Iron kettle chili

      Pretty good. Nothing fancy, and I used Rancho Gordo flageolet beans and kidney beans. Used a chili spice mix instead of the individual spices. Topped with some vegan sour cream, cheese, and chives, it was pretty good. I chopped up a package of tempeh and that added to the heartiness.

      Solid pesto. I really liked the addition of nutritional yeast and miso.

  • Seitan gyros with tzatziki sauce

      Have made this twice now... it's OK. I think I prefer a pita with falafel and baba ghanouj instead of seitan and tzatziki, but that's a personal preference.
