      We loved this meal. I cut down on the amount of cheddar cheese and it still tasted fantastic. Would definitely make it again.

  • Chicken piperade with pilau rice

      Delicious and easy to make, especially if you don't start with a whole chicken but with a pack of skinless, boneless chicken thighs. The rice was nice but the flavour was too subtle to stand up to the chicken with its pepper sauce, so next time I'll serve it with plain rice. We loved it and I will definitely make it again.

      Nice change up from the usual loaded baked potato. The combination of the yummy taleggio cheese, bacon, leeks garlic, wine and cream is sublime. If you can't find taleggio, robiola cheese works. Recipe specifies British oven temperatures.I bake at 392F to 400F, depending on your oven.
