      This is easy, quick. Added some lemon juice to the pesto/green onion sauce. Served over rice. Grilled mushrooms with pesto are yummy!

      Great and easy way to cook asparagus. Everybody loves it. Just remember that the asparagus shrinks as it cooks and you might need more than you think. We have to use 2 lbs. for 4 people.

      Awesome. Use any mushrooms, just slice & cook before adding to mix. Check after 65-75 minutes for doneness.

  • Jerk pork tenderloin with glazed sweet potatoes

      The overall recipe was very good. The sweet potato’s were awesome and easy to make. The pork was good too. I put a last baste on it while it sat, I think next time I won’t do that, the baste is pretty strong and overpowered the meat. I don’t think it would have done that if I had cooked it off before serving
