  Marvellous salad and dressing. Leftover chicken is great, too, for sandwiches, etc.
Disappearing pork tenderloins with pico de gallo

  I used a pork loin, sliced in half vertically, otherwise kept to the recipe. There's a marinade and then right before you grill a spice rub. I grilled for the 18 minutes, but it was very slightly overdone. It was still tender and wasn't all dry. And very good flavor, even without the pico de gallo. I would just grill for slightly less time maybe check it at 15 minutes.

  This is just as delicious as it sounds. It is a lot of work to make - more for a special occasion.

  This salad was very tasty, but had too much oil for me. I didn't rate it, as others might be fine with it. The oily bread was just too much for my system.
Beer-marinated chicken tacos

  The marinade didn’t add as much flavor to the chicken as I would have liked, but did make the chicken very tender.

  We thought the sauce had too much clove in it. Fresh sage gives turkey very good flavor. Be careful - easy to overcook on grill
Salmon with brown sugar and mustard glaze

  We make this with a large salmon fillet. Couldn't be easier to make. Everybody loves it.
