      Made the Macaroni and Cheese. Easy to make and tasty. I used a combo of Velveeta and Mild Cheddar Cheese. I also added some garlic.

      Standard pancake recipe that I have used for years. I use this variation when I don’t have buttermilk on hand. I’ve also done as Eliza suggests in her note and cut the recipe in half while just using a whole egg.
