    The 'Our Best Meat Loaf' is a great starting out point for a basic meat loaf. I followed the recipe and it turned out delicious. Used 1 lb ground round and a 1/2 lb ground pork. I will make this again.

    The Hot Fudge Sauce on page 298 is incredible! Hands down, the absolute BEST I've ever tasted!!!
