    Deviled Beef Patties, pg 20 - our most favorite way to make American style burgers. I quit making other styles of burgers now unless I'm making Japanese style hamburger steaks with demi glace sauce types or Wafu Sauced burgers. Simply delicious!

    Cheese Marinated Onions, pg 127 - excellent nibbles for vegetable platter to go along with chilled white wine and rose. Blue cheese and onions marry so well here.

    Savory Chicken Barbecue Sauce, pg 71, still my all-time favorite sauce for marinating chicken for bbq. Not the typical thick sauce bbq sauce but more lightly textured marinade style.
