    Crepe-style manicotti in this book (page 41) using main dish crepes is our favorite style of manicotti. We prefer this style much more than noodle style. I normally don't use the tomato sauce in the recipe since I always have frozen homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

    Classic crepes suzette on page 82 is outstanding. It is my go-to recipe for crepes suzette. The dessert crepes freezes really well too.
