Creole Shrimp with Andouille - this took me closer to an hour to prepare, because I didn't buy the vegetables pre-chopped, and I had to shell and devein the shrimp. But, it was totally worth it - delicious! The flavors were terrific. Used the whole 12oz package of andouille and a little extra onion/celery/green pepper. Would definitely make again.
