      p. 360 – A very quick and delicious cake. I was especially pleased with the moist tender crumb this recipe produced. I loved the rich flavour the eggs brought to the cake. mr bc said this was excellent and quickly headed back for a second slice! I’d definitely make this again.   • Beef Burgundy with egg noodles

      This is a very flavorful recipe. If you want, you can use leftover bacon drippings and skip having the bacon pieces in the sauce.

  • Rum-glazed pineapple, mango, and chicken kebabs

      Basically a sweet/sour rum glaze over chicken kebabs. Would make more glaze next time. Used a pinch of chili powder to sub the jalapeno.
