      WOW WOW !!! The most awesome okra dish ever. I confess that I thought it would be boring and old-fashioned (yes, because this is an old and disregarded book on my shelf) ... and boy was I wrong. Thanks EYB for coming up with this winner!

      Makes a very sturdy, plain cracker that's good under cheese (or Nutella). I used almost 1/2 C. additional flour as I kneaded and rolled sticky dough. And will probably roll & cut & bake on parchment next time. Crackers don't spread while baking so can be spaced quite close together.
