      This is the best and easiest Gazpacho recipe - it’s like putting a salad in your food processor and turning it into soup of whatever consistency you like. Fantastic basic recipe you can adapt.

      I've made this recipe and it's one of my go-to stand bys. I've tweaked it a bit, adding chopped, unsalted peanuts and serving it with mango chutney and chopped, fresh cilantro. We really enjoy it.
