    We just made the Crabmeat Casserole for the umpteenth time using fresh Dungeness crab and extra sharp Tillamook cheese. This is such a wonderful way to enjoy crab, whether for a family dinner or a fancy company dinner. The addition of sherry, Dijon, sautéed peppers and onions to the crab makes this our all time favorite crab recipe. Even after 30 years of making this my family requests it again and again.
