    Every recipe has 3 versions: [1] the classic recipe, [2] the twist, and [3] the reinvention. Very clever and fun to see how the bartenders have played with the classics. One of my favorites this the reinvention of the Martini - THE CAPRICIOUS on pg 104, made with gin, St Germain, dry vermouth, Peychaud's bitters with a lemon twist - YUM!
