      An excellent dense cake. The sour cream really adds a depth of flavour from other vanilla pound cakes.

      A great variation on the old-fashioned favourite. Very moreish & very simple.

      Found on p30 (not in the book’s index!), this is a very quick soup to prepare. It’s ok from a flavour perspective, but we’ve been spoiled by some other terrific chicken & corn soup recipes that really pack a punch.
