Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Mixed mushroom baked risotto

    • pennyvr on July 30, 2019

Took a bit longer than 40 minutes at 180 degrees with fan off.

  • Chocolate ganache tart

    • lou_weez on August 19, 2020

I cheated and used a store bought tart shell. Also spread about 3 tablespoons of caramel (dulche de leche) on the bottom and finished off the tart with sweetened cream and strawberries. So easy, impressive and delicious. A winner!

  • Corned beef hash

    • tinkamasala on September 11, 2019

Delicious and easy to make. Great use of leftover corned beef. Would make again.
