  • Thai chicken curry

      Easy to make and delicious. I used pre-made Thai green curry paste (Valcom brand) which gave the curry a nice amount of heat. Also replaced the boneless chicken thighs with chicken thighs bone-in and cooked them whole so each person was served a piece of chicken. It took longer to cook them whole though so adjusted the cooking times. About 10 minutes before the chicken curry was ready, I added 2-3 cups of stir-fry vegetables.
