Replaced the double cream with marscapone cheese

  • Garlic crushed new potatoes

Gorgeous. I thought I'd messed up by overboiling the potatoes before roasting, but they still turned out beautiful. The garlic flavour is fairly subtle. I used skin-on diced Maris Piper instead of new potatoes, cheddar instead of parmesan and used the bake/roast function of the air fryer for the second stage. Served with sausages, gravy and vegetables which was a very good match. A definite repeat.
