EYB Cookbook Club News – Plant-Based Cooking Options
March 8, 2020 by JennyOur food-loving community at Eat Your Books shares notes, tips, and reviews on recipes in our library as well as on our active member forum.
Another place where we share our love of cooking is in our Eat Your Books Cookbook Club on Facebook. Every month we share our successes and fails in cooking and baking from specific cookbook titles.

A few members have asked for a plant-based option each month. We think this is a wonderful idea. For March, we are asking our members to share their photos along with the recipe and cookbook title from their favorite vegan or plant-based cookbooks.
For our April’s option, please leave a comment on this blog post before March 20th nominating your favorite plant-based or vegan cookbook. On March 20th, I will tally the results and announce the cookbook on our end of the month summary post.
In my next poll in the group when we choose May through July options, I will be sure to include plant-based cookbooks in the voting options. As always, you can add your suggestions for books other than those listed in the poll.

Lastly, as food waste is a very important issue we all work on resolving, we’d also like our members to share leftover ideas for the recipes they try (if there are any!) every month.
We look forward to cooking with you.
