Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food Cookbook Giveaway

In January of 2018 Hsiao-Ching’s Chinese Soul Food was published. We covered this title in our EYB Cookbook Club in April of that same year. As members started sharing photographs, the comments started coming in “you all have convinced me I need this book!”. It was a great month of delicious Chinese dishes. I made several recipes myself – Baby bok choy with chicken (pictured below) and the General Tso’s chicken.

Three years later, Hsiao-Ching has written Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food and I am so excited about the recipes shared. The Flaky ribbon pancakes, Home-style egg foo yung with curry gravy, and Sweet corn soup are just three of the many I have marked to make. Did you know you can go through and bookmark recipes? Hsiao-Ching brings approachable Chinese cuisine to our homes in her wonderful books. In this title, she works her magic making vegetables the star and you will be the star when you present these delicious dishes to your family.
