I love making pasta. I get the grandchildren to help me when they visit. Once, things got away on us and egg was breaching the flour dam faster than we could put our thumbs in it. Oh, we laughed, trying to bring that dough together, egg and flour everywhere it shouldn’t be. I’m still finding splatter we missed on clean up. Great memories along my pasta making’s timeline. I’m all for a new adventure inspired by Pasta et Al!
