      Pg. 52. This was pretty good. I didn't have a turkey carcass, just a pound of boneless turkey breast. So, used homemade chicken stock and poached the turkey meat, then shredded. I'm sure it would have been better had I been able to make it as written.

      This is absolutely delicious. The whole family like it. Freezes well too. Canned beans are good in this and a little quicker. The slow cooker version of the recipe is good as well. I eventually want to try the variation with pancetta.
