      26/2/23 Great recipe. Butterflied the chicken breast and stuffed with a layer of cream cheese on most of the breast. Used dried sage in the sauce as I didn’t have fresh Seasoned the potatoes with smoked paprika, salt, pepper and oregano. Delicious. M had seconds!
