This book contains simple food that tastes great too. Café food is fast becoming the way we eat now - not only in cafés but at home too. We're just as likely to eat a BLT or frittata for dinner these days as a 'proper' main. This book shows how to duplicate the simple unfussy food we love so much in cafés.
