      This is really tasty. Very easy but takes a bit of time. Haven't made it In ages and a previous note about a recipe from this book reminded me of this recipe.

      Ok as a quick dish, with mainly store cupboard ingredients. It's trying to be a middle eastern dish but somehow not quite there.....

      This was surprisingly delicious: I substituted shredded cooked barbecued chicken for minced chicken; fresh spinach for frozen, and mozzarella and parmesan for cheddar & breadcrumbs .. a recipe is just a guide, right?

      Cooked off the list. Omitted chives. Added chili. Tasted really nice. Just missing something; that last little bit. Maybe I should read the recipe next time.
