      I didn't get a set with this jam so it was more of a conserve (I guess), but it tasted delicious. I used the excess syrup as the base for a steamed sponge, so it didn't go to waste. Will try it again one day

      It set very hard and turned out quite bitter, which is probably the nature of lime marmalade rather than any fault of the recipe. I won't try again

  • Cherry chutney

      This is delicious. We're in a cherry growing area and made this with some cherries that were going to spoil. Very worth it!
